Katie Pinch is a freelance Illustrator and Designer based in the UK. Her work combines the use of traditional, hand-drawn inks and bold, digital colouring to create a range of detailed illustrations for books, comics, graphics, board games, clothing and more.

She has a passion for narrative-based illustration and, in particular, loves to imagine new characters, settings and stories. While her work focuses on print and moving image, she is enthusiastic about new opportunities and broadening her horizon.

Alongside her freelance career, Katie is keen on supporting the digital arts and currently works as a Gallery Assistant at FACT Liverpool. She is passionate about community projects in and around the Merseyside region and has participated in pop-up galleries, workshops and local events.
